We strive to be a practice that is 100% judgement free and that offers a caring and comfortable environment for patients of all ages.
Cosmetic Dental Solutions in Augusta
Beyond the routine cleanings, x-rays, dental sealants, and other preventative care we are also happy to help patients with their cosmetic goals. While our primary goal will always be to make sure your smile is healthy, often helping with oral health also helps with cosmetic dental goals. If you have an upcoming family event like a wedding and would like professional teeth whitening we can help. Otherwise if you are interested in a full smile makeover including services like dental veneers, reshaping/contouring, and other cosmetic procedures, please contact our office. We would be happy to discuss our cosmetic services with you.
Restorative Dental Solutions in Augusta
Teeth are strong but they won’t last forever. Even with perfect brushing/flossing and dieting it isn’t rare that your teeth will need some restorative services in your lifetime. When a tooth falls out it may be replaced with an implant or dental bridge. As we age it is common to choose between dentures or All-On-4 implants that replace an entire row of teeth with just 4 implants. Here at Aspire Family Dentistry, we can help with maintaining your teeth as well as helping maintain any artificial teeth.

A dental emergency includes any dental issue that needs immediate attention and is non-life threatening. If you or someone you know is experiencing a severe toothache, had a tooth knocked out, or has another dental issue, please do not hesitate to give us a call. Our team works with dentists throughout Southern Maine and can find you an office that can help you immediately in the event we are unable to help.
Broken/Chipped/Knocked Out Teeth
One of the most common dental emergencies is damage to a tooth often caused by a direct injury. Athletes can often receive broken, chipped, or knocked out teeth during a game. If your tooth is damaged you need to call a dentist right away. If any part of the tooth falls out of your mouth you should bring it with you. Make sure to avoid touching the tooth root (the area of the tooth that is usually not visible). And if possible, after rinsing the tooth off in warm water, try to keep the tooth in your mouth until you make it to the dentist. Alternatively place the tooth in saline solution or milk. It is sometimes possible that a tooth can be re-implanted if you get to the dentist quickly.
Loose or Broken Fillings / Crowns
Another common dental injury is damage to any artificial dental elements in your mouth. A lost filling, broken crown, or issue with a dental implant should be handled as quickly as possible. If there is any bleeding, make sure to use gauze to put pressure on the bleeding area to slow down and stop the bleeding. Pain medication can also be used to handle any pain you are feeling.
